THREE PATHS. ONE PHILOSOPHY.

The Light Body Approach

Kind Words

Meet Xavier

With more than twenty years of Buddhist meditation practice, including several years as a monk and over a decade teaching meditation, Xavier's work is rooted in the belief that lasting transformation arises not through force, but through awareness, presence, and the rediscovery of what feels natural and effortless.

The discovery of the Trager® Approach brought a new dimension to this path. Its gentle, mindful touch and movement resonated deeply with Xavier's belief that ease is not something we create, but something we rediscover.

Today, through Light Body, Xavier brings together the Trager® Approach, holistic massage and guided meditation. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, offering a supportive space to cultivate greater freedom of movement and peace of mind.
